Postnatal classes give you the time and techniques to relax, breathe, focus on yourself and achieve inner peace for your baby and yourself. Using gentle postures, breathing exercises, relaxation and meditation, we bring comfort, ease, strength and flexibility to the body, and help both body and mind to recover from the delivery.

    After birth you want to get fit, to look better. Taking regular exercises that combine fat burning, flexibility and strengthening the muscles (with special attention to pelvic floor muscles and shoulder girdle) will give you tone, healthy glow, energy and of course will improve your stamina and suppleness, making you more physically confident and graceful.
